Overall, this save looks fairly simple and of average quality (though still much better than most new saves), so it’s not surprising that someone downvoted it. Uneven lines, a lack of symmetry where it would be expected, a primitive design, minimal decorations, and the absence of an intuitive interface compounded by the fact that the save file cannot simply function on its own - are all factors that could lead to dislikes.
Honestly, it's surprising that this save got 10 upvotes at all.

May you'd add some decorations for the rest of the place like houses
