    I think this would be easy to add, can you make the CTRL-F and count element functions work with elements that are in PIPE or PPIP?

    Elements in PIPE and PPIP are considered as just PIPE and PPIP but with the ctype of the element so if this function was to be added then it would need to also detect the ctype of CRAY, RSSS, BCLN, etc. witch would be messy.
