Go ahead and try it yourself ! Add some brick, type in console " !set type brck coal " and watch as all the coal burns inexplicably. I wish the COAL was pasted as a block, but apparently, it all turns into FIRE instantly. Devs ? Thank you.

Hello again, problem only halfway solved. I seriously think it's a bug, now I get BCOL which is still not the intended use.
If this was not a bug, then the following scenario would come true : spawn brick, set type brck coal, set life coal to [whatever] and it just won't break or completely disintegrate.

I tried it, in no pressure, it turns to bcol.
A bug is only a bug if it crashes the game. If it doesn't, then it is called a problem, and if it isn't any of those, it is a feature.

This isn't a bug, because you are using debug tools (prop) to mess with an element's properties. If there was a way to naturally get those properties in an unexpected way, that would be a bug. But using debug tools to achieve it isn't a bug.

A bug is much more than just a crash. Anything unexpected or unintended by the developers could be a bug. -
!set life coal 110 and !set tmp coal 50 should make it work like completely normal coal
