Turns out it's possible to convert coal + steam into plutonium in TPT. This save is more of a simple proof of concept though, since the acid production, isoz production, and plut reaction machines aren't very reliable here.

    fryin_pan: Acid is produced already by the first leg of the system, just not at a quick enough pace- the clone is just convenient to show the whole thing constantly running.

    @HarmlessPotato196 neutrons made in isoz conversion arent actually enough to self sustain the reaction, since theres capture losses with them, so some of the plutonium needs to be reacted into uranium, stone, and extra neutrons to help the reaction along.
