They electrolyze water to create hydrogen and oxygen mixture, which is used for buoyancy, as fuel they use the same hydrogn-oxygen mixture to turn it back to water. As a result they lower down as they end the journey, so that they land at the end.

    To turn all of the gas back into water, you would need equal parts hydrogen and oxygen, but I don't think that would be buoyant enough to hold a whole blimp.

    I know, this is rough draft. RSSS represents whatever but it needed be pressure proof and only it and ttan worked at the moment. TTAN is not a good flight material

    also blimps DEFINITELY cant carry that much, also you'd need more hydrogen than oxygen since its LIGHTER than air
