Yes, I would still allow DRAY. Just keep in mind that it's a lot easier to hit the particle limit by accident than it seems.

Well, yes; it has NSCN. If I were to make a ruleset on this thing, it would ban hitting the particle limit, NSCN, PCLN, FILT, and INVS.

Yeah, that's a valid criticism of this. This has the primary advantage of not sparking electronics (specifically NSCN, so just NSCN doesn't automatically depower it). That's about all.

This is cool and all but it does'nt seem much stronger than the old phantom matter was and just feels kinda pointless.

No, that does not destroy this, so long as it is pasted in properly. This save assumes particle order priority AKA prio, which you did not give it there. If you paste your weapon into this save, it fails to destroy it at all.
