A brain is only random at the start, with a few built in memorys, think of a ai, that is what they should be. if the 5 senses show a +1 reward, It will have a higher chance, if it is -1 reward, it has lower chance. Make a network sharing info, That is a real neural network.

DRZOIDBERG: those are compact, i have one where there are 9 synapses per synapse block but i dislike how chonky it is, also because i cant make deco like this
