I agree with @PilotLuke, fission is the greenest source of energy. Solar is not very effective at retrieving energy and instead reflects most of the light back into the upper atmosphere. This means they overheat and sometimes cause the birds that fly overhead to literally catch on fire midair. Solar also utilizes a lot of land coverage and has a very short lifespan which results in massive amounts of metallic waste each year. -

True, the steam that comes out of cooling towers is NOT RADIOACTIVE. Infact it's cleaner than coal because the gases released by the smoke IS more radioactive than radiation released by nuclear power plants. -
